Once you sign up, you’ll receive a Zoom link via email before each class. Just click the link at class time to join.

We teach a mix of Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama (breathwork), and Meditation. The schedule and class descriptions will help you choose what suits your needs.

If you can’t make it, let us know in advance. In some cases, we offer class recordings or the option to join another session.

Yes, your comfort is important. While we encourage having cameras on so I can give guidance, it’s completely okay to keep it off if you prefer.
