Yin Yoga is a quiet practice of long-held, well-supported postures, seated, lying down and on the front. Each posture is held for three to five minutes, and sometimes for up to twenty, so the work reaches the fascia, ligaments and joints rather than the muscles. It asks us to let go of effort, release held tension and turn inward.

For yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners. The training is recognised by Yoga Alliance for continuing education (YACEP) hours.

Four 20-hour courses for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners: applied anatomy, philosophy and history, pranayama, and meditation with Yoga Nidra.

Recognised by Yoga Alliance for continuing education (YACEP) hours, in Chester and online.
