A free summer afternoon by the lake: walk, picnic, swim if you dare, and practise together. Our yearly gathering at Llyn Padarn, open to everyone.

Every summer we gather at Llyn Padarn, the long lake below Llanberis at the foot of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), for an afternoon outdoors together.

We walk an easy, beautiful route on the hillside around the lake, at your own pace. Back by the water we stop for a picnic: bring your own packed lunch, and share it if you feel like it. Then there is a dip in the lake for anyone who would like one. The afternoon ends with yoga on the shore, with the mountains and the lake in front of you, and a closing circle.

It is free, and it is for everyone: students, teachers, friends and people who have never done yoga before. Come on your own or bring someone with you. Come as you are, with a packed lunch and a mat.

Next summer’s date, in July or August 2027, will be announced soon. Register your interest and we will let you know first.
